Mobility & Strength Coaching · Solano County, CA

Strong, steady,
and built to last.

Eighteen-plus years coaching real bodies through real life — pregnancy, postpartum, recovery, and everything after. No diet culture. Just position, bracing, and breath that actually hold up.

The Approach

Eighteen years. Every kind of body. One method.

Eighteen years as a personal trainer, and the path there was anything but a straight line. Early on I set out to become a professional wrestler — that training pulled me into martial arts, where I competed for four years. Along the way I've worked with athletes out of (then) Victory Athletics and Team Alpha Male, and boxers training in Tyson Fury's fight camps, among many others — learning what it takes to move like it matters.

Then came a different kind of training ground: coaching women through pregnancy and beyond, and caring for my grandmother, which pulled me into working with older adults. Some of my favorite clients these days are the young-at-heart crowd — helping them stay strong, steady, and independent for the long run.

Every one of those worlds taught me something, and I've folded it all into one method — not one system or one guru, just what actually works. In every session it shows up the same way: find your position, brace like it matters, breathe on purpose, and let the torque do the work — not your joints.

Position

Set the joint up right before you load it. Everything else is downstream of this.

Bracing

A trunk that holds still is what lets your limbs move fast and hard without breaking down.

Breath

How you breathe under load changes what your body's willing to do. It's trainable.

Torque

Rotational tension through a joint — the difference between a stable rep and a risky one.

Work With Me

Training that meets you where your body actually is.

An Initiative of Bodies by Heather

"My Voice, My Power" — a trauma-informed journal built for domestic violence survivors.

This journal comes from my own story — surviving domestic violence as a child, and later being in an abusive relationship as a teenager. It's the guided, trauma-informed space I wish I'd had: a place for survivors to process and reclaim their own story, at their own pace. It sits alongside the coaching work as part of the same mission — helping people feel like themselves again, in their bodies and beyond.
